The Black Mustard seeds come from the farms of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh which are then cleaned through destoner and gravity separator to remove dust particles, stones, heavy metal and other impurities. The cleaned seeds are then brought to traditional wood-press (Lakdi Ghani) where oil is carefully extracted from these high quality seeds by crushing them between two wooden surfaces under 30°C temperature to obtain best quality pure wood pressed oil which retains the seed’s nutrients, bearing distinct pungency and authentic taste and ensuring maximum purity. Power packed with omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and natural antimicrobial properties, wood pressed black mustard oil is known for numerous health benefits and flavour..
